Everything else — the room, the service, the wine list — exists to support what's on the plate. We don't have good food for a tapas bar. We have good food, full stop.

We run a small room by design. That means your server knows the menu. It means we notice when you return. It means the experience is personal — because it is.

Our Story

Stone Tapas was born from a simple conviction: to bring a different culture for people to discover and savor together, in community. That small plates deserve a serious stage. That a great evening doesn't need a grand occasion — just the right food, the right glass, and the right company.

Founded by José Ramírez — known to everyone as Alex — Stone Tapas is the expression of a lifelong love for the culture of sharing at the table. It rests on two simple values, honesty and service, and a vision that keeps growing: to expand and carry a beautiful experience through it — in every dish and every detail.
